Job Description
Manage the manpower requirements which includes recruitment, selection;
- Assist HRM onboarding and offboarding processes for employees;
- Handle MOM work passes, prepare employment, confirmation and warning letter etc;
- Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of training courses, update and maintain training record etc;
- Monitor and regularly filing of employee’s personnel files;
- Segregation of Employees Contracts, certificates and other documents in the personnel files and HRM system;
- Administer employee insurance claims for employees;
- Prepare staff bi-weekly payroll
- Responsible and assist in preparing and processing employees attendance record and calculate employee overtime;
- Handle office administration, such as order stationery, pantry replenish, office maintenance and etc;
- Document preparation of ISO audit and other business certification renewal;
- Assist in building maintenance and facilities management;
- Perform any other and ad hoc work duties as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirement:
Min Diploma with 2 -3 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills (written & verbal) and able to interact well with people at all levels
- Independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment with effective time management ability
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Knowledge with Infotech HRMS System will be added advantage
