- Salary: $3000 - $4000 + Performance Bonus
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to enhance the promotion of our accounting, tax, payroll, and corporate services. Identify and target potential clients both in Singapore and across the broader region.
- Client Acquisition: Actively seek out and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and outreach efforts. Conduct market research to understand client needs and tailor our services accordingly.
- Sales Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and reports. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, making strategic adjustments as needed to meet targets.
- Revenue Growth: Play a key role in achieving our goal of doubling revenue within three years by driving new business and expanding existing client relationships.
- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong client relationships, comprehensively understanding their needs and ensuring high satisfaction with our services. Serve as the main contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Sales Presentations and Proposals: Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, effectively conveying the value and benefits of our services.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Coordinate with accounting, tax, payroll, and corporate services teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction. Provide constructive feedback to enhance service offerings.
- Market Analysis: Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, ideally within the professional services sector (accounting, tax, payroll, corporate services).
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the corporate services market in Singapore and the broader region.
- International Exposure: Experience dealing with clients from Europe and China.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Client Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Results-Oriented: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Presentation and Negotiation: Strong abilities in presentation and negotiation.
- Self-Motivated: Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
