Top leading HK developer is launching new projects in Singapore, now looking for a key team-player to oversee the property portfolios in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary decision-maker in the Operations Team for daily operational matters raised by residents and third-party vendors during property openings.
- Plan and manage operating expenses, as well as oversee improvement and maintenance projects.
- Liaise with the Community team regarding all property-related issues that impact guest services and operations.
- Supervise the community team to ensure optimal resident satisfaction through personal recognition and attentive service from arrival to departure.
- Enhance social engagement to further elevate service delivery.
- Address any situations promptly to guarantee guests receive immediate attention and personal recognition throughout their stay.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in the hospitality or Property Management sectors.
- 5-10 years of experience managing daily operations in accommodation properties, with a strong preference for a hotel background.
- Proven leadership and training skills, with a talent for building rapport.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with both residents and team members.
- Capability to collaborate across various business units and effectively manage multiple tasks under pressure while prioritizing for timely completion.
- Ability to develop and maintain efficient operational systems that support business needs.
