Join our team as a Sales Coordinator at Danox Welding Pte Ltd! In this role, you'll be responsible for efficiently processing sales-related documents. You'll also play a key role in coordinating delivery schedules, servicing appointments, and providing essential support to our sales team. Job Responsibilities
- Prepare Delivery Orders, Invoices, Purchase Orders, Quotations, & other relevant documents.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and technicians' servicing appointments.
- Provide proactive coordination and administrative support to sales team.
- Promptly respond to customer inquiries via email or phone, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve seamless operations.
- Undertake administrative tasks as assigned.
Location: Blk 6 Marsiling Industrial Estate Road 1, #01-14, Singapore 739275
Working Days: 5.5 per week (alt Saturday)
Working Hours: 8.30AM - 5.00PM / 6.00PM (depends on Saturday shift)
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Able to start immediately would be an advantage
- 'O' Level or ITE graduates are welcome!
