Departmental Collaboration and Coordination
Comprehensively plan, manage, and coordinate projects to ensure they are completed on time and with high quality.
Coordinate and communicate the work between development teams, design teams, and testing teams to ensure smooth collaboration and communication between teams.
Team Building and Management

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Possess at least 10 years of relevant work experience in the gaming industry, with a deep understanding of the game development process, familiarity with game client architecture, technical requirements and optimization methods.
- Have 5 years or more experience in managing game client development projects. Have led the development of products from 0 to 1, with monthly revenue exceeding 100 million. Possess the ability to plan projects, control progress, allocate resources, and manage quality to ensure the timely release of game clients meeting quality standards.
- Possess excellent communication skills, able to clearly express technical requirements and design concepts, and promote internal and external communication and collaboration within the team. Able to quickly identify and solve technical problems, especially during critical stages before and after game launch. Have innovative thinking and can propose new ideas and solutions in client design and development.
- Candidates who are proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with various external parties or stakeholders will be given a competitive edge.
- Highly responsible for the success of the project, able to take responsibility at critical moments and drive the project to successful completion. Pay attention to detail and maintain work quality in high-pressure environments.
