As a Sales & Marketing Support Specialist within the Marketing team of our client, a Multinational Technology company, you will play a crucial role in assisting and executing marketing campaigns, manage sales collateral, and provide administrative support to ensure that sales targets are met efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns by coordinating with sales teams, ensuring alignment with sales strategies.
- Maintain and update sales collateral, including presentations and product sheets.
- Support the sales team in managing and nurturing leads generated from marketing campaigns.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports and marketing analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- CRM Support: Update and manage CRM data to ensure accuracy and efficiency in sales operations.
- Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a sales support, marketing, or similar role.
- Technology products exposure is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
