Job Description
This individual will be a key client contact person for a portfolio of client entities.
- Incorporation of new entities and on-boarding new business
- Provide guidance to clients on constitutional and procedural matters relating to Singapore entities in accordance with their articles and the Companies Act
- Conduct Know Your Customer and Risk Assessment for new clients
- Maintain company books and file changes with ACRA
- Ensure corporate compliance is adhered to with regard to the relevant laws and requirements in Singapore
- Monitor changes in relevant legislations and regulatory requirements
- Liaise with banks regarding the opening and maintaining of bank accounts
- Draft documents and letters relating to client transactions
- Assist clients in administrative matter
- Be appointed as clients’ Nominee Director or Company Secretary
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team
- Build strong clients, inter-company and inter-department relationships
- Any other tasks as directed
Qualifications, Experience & Skills requirements
- ICSA graduate, minimum Polytechnic Diploma or professional certification in Business Administration/Commerce/Law/IT related disciplines
- Min 5 years of corporate secretarial experience, including as named company secretary
- Sound understanding of Singapore Companies Act
- Self-organised
- Keen attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to respect agreed upon deadlines
- Possess decision-making skills
- Drive and desire to succeed and progress, someone looking to assume responsibility and develop quickly
