- Working Days: Monday - Friday
- Working Hours: 7:50am - 4:55pm
- Location: West (Company Transport Provided)
- Salary: Basic up to $4000 + AWS + VB
Job Description:
- Accurately and promptly process all orders.
- Conduct customer screening transactions (STC) for new customers.
- Assist with customer application requests, including the creation of new customer codes, preparation of Company Search Reports, and processing requests for credit limit increases and credit term applications.
- Prepare sales quotations.
- Follow up on sample submissions.
- Update pricing in both internal and external systems.
- Create and maintain the inventory list.
- Update purchase orders in the system daily, ensuring price accuracy.
- Conduct customer surveys, compile satisfaction results, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Liaise with the Legal department for Customer Contracts, Agreements, or Vendor NDAs, and follow up on submission approvals.
- Provide customer care and support, addressing requests, complaints, and queries.
- Participate in ISO/IATF audits.
- Engage in ISM training, briefings, and audits.
- Coordinate with the sales team by managing schedules, organizing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
