PART I – JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- To make annual sales plan and sales target.
- To work closely with customers on planning their materials needs (i.e. to source and requisite food packaging materials for their manufacturing use).
- To work closely with suppliers and co-ordinate on behalf of customers on meeting products' specifications and delivery schedule.
- To handle and follow up feedback and claims from customers.
- To work closely with sales admin and logistics support team on shipment coordination and arrangement in order to meet delivery timeline.
- To prepare sales/marketing reports for the management review.
- To monitor and ensure timely payment from customers.
- To monitor and ensure suppliers’ service and quality are always at optimal level.
- To introduce and present new products and packaging solutions to customers.
- To negotiate with suppliers and principals on pricing and better trading terms.
- To source for new products, solutions and suppliers for business expansion and cost effectiveness.
- Make day trips to Johor Bahru to ensure printing production run smoothly.
- Make overseas business trips to visit customers to build stronger rapport and customers service level.
