Key Responsibilities:
- eCommerce Store Management:Oversee and manage daily operations of eCommerce stores.
Maintain product listings, including updating product descriptions, prices, and images.
Monitor and optimize inventory levels to ensure product availability.
Handle customer inquiries, orders, and returns efficiently.
Track and analyze store performance metrics, including sales, traffic, and conversion rates.
- Marketing and Promotions:Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase sales.
Manage email marketing campaigns, social media channels, and online advertising efforts.
Create promotional content, including banners, ads, and product highlights.
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other team members to execute marketing plans.
Analyze marketing data and adjust strategies to optimize results.
- SEO and SEM:Conduct keyword research and optimize product listings for search engines.
Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns and monitor ROI.
Implement SEO best practices to enhance organic search rankings.
- Customer Experience:Ensure a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience across all eCommerce platforms.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service and product offerings.
Implement loyalty programs and customer retention strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing eCommerce stores (Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, etc.).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
