As Sales Support Assistant, you will be a key contributor to ensuring that KOMPAN is successful at selling and delivering its outdoor playground and fitness solutions across the Asia region.
Responsibilities:
· Geographical scope is whole Asia region, excl. China.
· Assist Sales Coordinator on sales support tasks, mainly related to entering data in the company’s CRM and ERP systems.
· Preparation of quotations, prepayment tax invoices, sales orders, purchase orders and invoices.
· Coordinate and tracking of sales orders, invoices and payment, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
· Filing and reporting of warranty reports and claims.
· Liaising and coordination with logistics department.
· Support on ad hoc marketing activities (for example preparation of sales seminars and customer visits from abroad)
· When needed support local Singapore sales team preparing tender documents for submission (compiling, binding, packaging etc.)
Requirements:
· Degree/Diploma or equivalent a related field
· 5 years of experience in administrative and sales support.
· Strong experience working with CRM and ERP systems.
· Experience working in Business Central (BC) ERP system and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system is an advantage.
· Experience in coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients and internal company departments.
· Experience working in a multinational company is preferred.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Adept at problem-solving skills.
· Good verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients.
· Capable of autonomously executing tasks with minimal oversight, demonstrating a strong ability to work independently and efficiently.
· High attention to detail ensuring accuracy in all aspects of sales documentation and reporting.
