Responsibilities
- Report to the Senior Facilities Manager, Chief Engineer, Sustainability, Engineering Manager and Senior Zone Manager.
- Review project requirements, specifications, and design doments.
- Create detailed technical drawings, plans, and diagrams using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Convert conceptual designs into accurate and precise 2D or 3D drawings.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Prepare layout drawings for various components of the project.
- Incorporate feedback from engineers, architects, or clients to make necessary revisions to drawings.
- Keep track of changes and update drawings accordingly.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, project managers, and other team members to ensure coordination and integration of designs.
- Participate in design review meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
- Perform quality checks on drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project standards.
- Verify that drawings match project specifications and requirements.
- Prepare and submit final drawings and design packages within agreed-upon deadlines.
- Assist in quantity measurement.
- Stay up to date with the latest drafting tools, technologies, and software to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor and manage the organization's Computerised Maintenance Management System including its applications.
- Respond to system alerts, incidents, and outages promptly and efficiently and escalate complex problems to appropriate teams or vendors if needed.
- Provide technical support to end-users and employees, assisting them with system-related issues, software installations, and configurations.
- Plan & execute and support for campus-wide IOT sensors support.
- Ensuring issues tracking list and bugs are cleared out timely.
- Keeping track of all potential initiatives by the client and follow up on a timely basis.
- Assists the project team and FM Team in identifying and resolving issues and conflicts.
- Assist in setting up user accounts, permissions, and access levels.
- Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various system-related tasks.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding of the systems they use.
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the SZM and/or SFM and/or CE and/or EFM.
Requirements
- Diploma / Higher Nitec / Nitec in Architectural Technology or equivalent.
- Proficient in use of AutoCAD and 3D REVIT drafting software.
- Good knowledge and working experience in MicroStation, Architectural Desktop (ADT) will be an advantage and must have AutoCAD and 3D experience.
- BIM knowledge will benefit the application.
- 1-2 years of work experience in developing tableau dashboards or dashboards of similar technological stack: PowerBI etc. Analytics consulting experience is a plus.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
