Job Responsibilities:
- Assist HR team with administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and scheduling interviews.
- Manage employee records and ensure accuracy of information.
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Provide support for onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Help organize employee events and activities.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR team.
Job Requirements:
- No prior HR experience required, but bonus if have experience in administrative work.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work well in a team environment.
