Overview of the Job Responsibilities
As a Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in developing and executing strategic marketing plans to elevate brand awareness, enhance customer engagement, and drive revenue growth.
Your responsibilities will include supporting digital marketing, content creation, product promotions, and brand management. You will also work closely with other departments to ensure that our marketing initiatives align with the Group’s overall objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and implement marketing plans that match our company’s goals.
- Manage marketing projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
- Lead our digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and online ads.
- Develop strategies for new product launches to ensure successful market entry.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for product launches, ensuring effective positioning and messaging.
- Work with Sales and other teams to align marketing with business objectives.
- Report marketing performance to Management and suggest improvements.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
Education Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines.
Experience Required:
- Five (5) years of relevant experience in Marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role is preferred but not required.
- Having a strong understanding of the construction industry and market trends will be an added advantage.
