Role Responsibilities:
- Work with a team of engineers in a developed software program during the maintenance phase of the application.
- Understanding of technologies in the major cloud providers space, working with build, deployment and administration.
- Communicate with various vendors and customers.
- Responsible for software quality of the team by conducting code reviews and adopting standard coding and security practices
- Work with the team to troubleshoot software and infrastructure problems to ensure that the system meets operational expectations, quality standards and within schedule.
- To accommodate customer’s operational needs, there will sometimes be work outside of regular business hours.
- Provide L3 support for AWS and Azure, which includes change, system administration, performance and availability management.
Role Requirements:
- Four (4) or more years of experience in the doing production support for software systems or related role.
- Team-player who can take initiative.
- Work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good with MySQL or SQL scripting
- Scripting (Bash etc.)
Good to have:
- Have the skills and resilience to handle situations and deliver results on time.
- Able to navigate in *nix environment
- Experience with AWS or having AWS certification would be a plus.
- Ability to mentor other team members.
