Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen operations, ensuring timely production and adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor workflow, optimize resource allocation, and maintain productivity.
- Lead, train, and manage kitchen staff, ensuring compliance with SOPs for food preparation, hygiene, and safety.
- Manage inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and minimize waste through effective stock management.
- Conduct quality checks, ensuring all products meet company standards before dispatch.
- Coordinate with retail operations to manage product delivery orders and ensure timely delivery to outlets.
- Assist in developing and implementing SOPs for improved kitchen efficiency.
- Collaborate with the R&D team on new product integration into the production line.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare performance reports for senior management.
