Duties & Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing and Evaluation:
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
- Screen and evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for specific job openings.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to ensure candidate suitability.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with Business Development team to comprehend client requirements and provide insights for effective talent acquisition.
Job Matching and Placement:
- Strategically match candidates to job opportunities based on their skills, experience, and aspirations.
- Present qualified candidates to clients, coordinating interviews, and managing the interview feedback loop.
Negotiation and Offer Management:
- Assist in salary negotiations and offer management, ensuring a smooth and successful transition for both clients and candidates.
Market Insights and Talent Mapping:
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
Candidate Experience:
- Provide a positive candidate experience by offering guidance, feedback, and support throughout the recruitment process.
Database Management:
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate and client records in the CRM system.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to align candidate sourcing efforts with client needs.
- Provide regular updates on candidate pipeline, progress, and challenges to team leads.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft suite, software and tools.
