What you’ll do
- Generate leads through providing samples of our products, networking, referrals, participation in industry events and trade shows.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to educate customers about our vertically farmed greens.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Business Development, Operations, and R&D on sales strategies and product development.
- Provide feedback from the market to enhance product offerings and customer experiences.
- Track sales and customer relations.
What you’ll need
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in F&B and/or working with retailers.
- Hands on approach to actively seek out and engage new potential customers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- Having your own vehicle will be an added advantage.
