Our Client is an established company who is a market leader within their industry. They have a well-established presence of more than 20 years. With rapid expansion plan, they are now looking for an IT Manager (App & Infra) to manage their IT team.
About the job
Your role involves:
- Managing a lean IT Infrastructure and Application team. This includes hiring, assigning of work, performance review and etc
- Planning and designing infrastructure and Application solutions for accurate service efficiency and effectiveness
- Designing and maintaining Infrastructure and Application roadmaps for the overall Infrastructure Architecture
- Leading infrastructure and Application projects. This includes milestone planning and risk management across Asia
- Establish policies, standards and procedures in line with organization's objectives
- Creating Business continuity and disaster recovery plans
Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure (Network / LAN WAN and Windows Servers) is required for this role. At least 3 years of Application Experience is required for this role. Proven track record in managing a team is required.
Exposure to Sharepoint, Power platform or RPA will be highly preferred.
