Job Description
- Offer strategic HR advice on talent management, organizational design, and employee engagement.
- Assess the needs and challenges to deliver customized HR solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support their business goals and drive organizational effectiveness.
- Advise the best practices for talent acquisition, development, and retention. Support the design and execution of leadership development programs, succession planning, and performance management systems.
- Provide guidance on organizational structure, change management, and workforce planning.
- Lead and manage a portfolio of HR projects, develop project plans, set milestones, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
- Utilize HR analytics tools to track key metrics, analyze data trends, and generate insights to drive HR strategies and decisions.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on HR project outcomes, workforce trends, and performance indicators for senior management.
- Provide expert guidance and support to internal teams on HR matters, including best practices and regulatory compliance.
- Act as a liaison between the HR department and other business units to address HR-related needs and challenges.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements to HR practices and procedures.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging HR practices, and regulatory changes. Provide insights and recommendations based on market research and best practices.
The Successful Applicant
- Has 7 years of relevant in HR advisory roles, with a strong understanding of strategic HR practices and organizational development.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering impactful HR solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
- Strong business acumens, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in multiple regions is advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office and Successfactors.
