Job Responsibilities:
- Leading a cross-functional team, your role will be to empower authorized Sales Partners and internal teams with top-tier sales strategies, activation techniques, and knowledge sharing practices.
- Cultivate sales excellence capabilities within partner teams.
- Set new benchmarks in sales enablement, ensuring seamless dissemination of best practices to benefit all local teams across authorized Sales partners.
- Instill rigor and quantitative analytical thinking to efficiently manage and monitor sales excellence programs within partner organizations.
- Collaborate with experts across functions to equip ASPs to assess client marketing needs and devise strategies that deliver tangible results.
- Advocate for data-driven decision-making, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement tracking mechanisms to enable ASPs to drive measurable impact for advertisers, agencies, and clients.
- Identify emerging products and innovative solutions in the market, encouraging partners to develop such offerings and supporting new initiatives by Product and Sales teams.
- Take ownership of internal progress reporting with partners, ensuring proactive communication of status updates to leadership.
- Develop a testing framework to assess the success of program and partner management, adjusting metrics as necessary.
- Recognize areas for program improvement or shifts in prioritization and take action accordingly.
- Collaborate systematically with partners to identify strategic clients and assess risks/opportunities for solution adoption to fuel growth.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree / Master’s degree or equivalent
- Min 5-7 years of relevant working experience
- Proven track record in boosting sales outcomes at scale and driving impact through analytics
- Experience in the Digital Advertising sector or as a digital marketer
- Demonstrated capacity to communicate complex, large-scale concepts clearly and simply
- Strong business writing, influencing decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Emerging Markets experience preferred
- Proficiency in additional language preferred
- Experience in Sales Enablement or Sales Training preferred
- Knowledge of organizational dynamics in large and small organizations. Operating experience with cross-functional/virtual and remote teams
