Our client, a leading Multinational American Technology company, is in search of a Senior Sales and Marketing Specialist to drive digital transformation and spark innovation for the client's customers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations at customer experience in Asia, ensuring seamless customer engagements.
- Collaborate with teams, suppliers, and vendors to implement high-quality industry experiences.
- Partner with leaderships to align global priorities and maintain world-class onsite experiences.
- Manage the lifecycle of immersive experiences, including installations, updates, and retirements.
- Coordinate industry-specific scenarios, working with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful storytelling and demonstrations
- Oversee partnerships with suppliers, vendors, and agencies for repairs, upgrades, and installations.
- Ensure smooth operations by managing logistics, customs clearances, and vendor coordination.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative environment by reviewing and enhancing processes.
- Share best practices with global teams, ensuring compliance with client's policies and standards.
- Conduct site walkthroughs and host engagements for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage operational KPIs, budgets, and support specialists in delivering demos.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- At least 3+ years in program or operations management, preferably in customer-facing roles.
- Proven experience in Operational excellence, cross-group collaboration, customer focus, problem-solving, and creativity.
- Proven project management, marketing, and communications experience.
- Strong collaboration skills, comfortable working with global teams and stakeholders.
- Passion for technology, innovation, and creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Regional and global market exposure is a plus
