Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creati ve Content Producer with a strong background in graphic design and web design to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging content for both digital and print platf orms, with a specifi c focus on web design. This role requires a keen eye for design, proficiency in relevant soft ware tools, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functi onal teams to bring creative concepts to life.
Job Scope:
Content Creation:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts and campaigns that align with the company's branding and marketing strategies.
- Develop content for digital and social media channels, including graphic carousel posts and short videos.
- Create and adapt marketing creatives, including eDMs, digital banners, brand guides, website graphics, short “explainer” videos, slide presentations, posters, brochures, and advertisements.
Web Design: Visual Enhancement of tech.gov.sg:
- Enhance the visual appeal and readability of webpages on tech.gov.sg.
- Incorporate relevant imagery, graphics, and color schemes in accordance with the GovTech brand.
- Ensure web visuals are optimized and responsive across all devices.
- Design and create visually appealing informative infographics, charts, and illustrations to present complex information in a clear and accessible manner.
Supporting Development of Brand Architecture and Enhancement of Brand Guidelines:
- Aid in the development and implementation of a new brand architecture.
- Support the expansion of the existing brand guide to include usage of brand elements and guidelines for sub-brands and co-branding lockups.
- Assist in maintaining and uploading brand identity and guidelines to ensure brand consistency and visual integrity across all touchpoints, marketing materials, and channels.
Develop and Maintain an Organized Asset Library:
- Create and update templates for marketing materials, such as EDMs, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Streamline collaboration with other divisions by curating relevant assets and sharing existing templates where relevant.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date files and assets.
- Provide guidance and training to internal teams on the use of the asset library and templates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web design projects and other relevant design work.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually stunning and impactful design solutions.
- Proven track record in project management, capable of overseeing the end-to-end design process and ensuring seamless execution of creative projects while working within tight timelines
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), web design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and web design frameworks.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for web design and content production.
- Hands on experience with video shoots and editing software including Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro x and/or Davinci Resolve
- Familiar with user interface design principles, responsive design, and web accessibility standards.
