Salary Range:
- Singapore: SGD $3000 to $3800
- Malaysia: MYR $3200 to $5000
- Indonesia: IDR $5,000,000 to $15,000,000
About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing Executive/Senior Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have broad experience across various marketing functions, including social media, digital marketing and design. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high growth environment and is passionate about creating and executing integrated marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Development and Implementation:
- Assist team leads with the development and execution of brand and content engagement strategies across all touch points including in-app, website, social media, and email marketing.
- Set clear goals and KPIs to measure success and meet key metrics for retention and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging, tone, and identity across all platforms.
- Continuously explore new engagement tactics, technologies, and industry trends to enhance the brand's positioning and content strategies.
2. Community Engagement:
- Foster a sense of community and belonging among users, followers, and fans by creating initiatives that encourage interaction and meaningful connections.
- Monitor and respond to user feedback, comments, and inquiries across various channels, maintaining a positive and engaging dialogue.
- Drive engagement through a diverse content strategy, including written, visual, and multimedia content, to resonate with various audience segments.
3. Media and Content Planning:
- Curate and implement the monthly media and content calendar, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timely and cohesive content delivery.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep content and engagement strategies innovative and fresh.
4. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Track engagement metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.
- Provide detailed reports on the performance of brand initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and proposing actionable insights.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Studies, or related fields.
- At least 2-5 years of experience in marketing, with hands-on work in social media platforms, email marketing, editorial work, and media planning.
- Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing brand touch points.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content optimization, and engagement strategies.
- Experience with email marketing systems (e.g., Mailchimp, Mailgun) and graphic design/video editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience with paid content partnerships and content affiliate partnerships.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent writing, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment with critical OKRs and KPIs.
- Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills (such as Bahasa Indonesia, Malay, Arabic, or French) are a plus.
- Experience in startup environments or with app/consumer brands is preferred.
