IT SERVICE DESK ANALYST (LEVEL 1: ENTERPRISE, END-USER IT SUPPORT)

- Company: Well-reputable IT Service Provider Organization (supporting Government related organizations)
- Working Location: Bukit Panjang Zone (8 mins walk from nearest MRT)
- Working Arrangement: Monday – Friday (8 AM – 5.30 PM)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- First point of contact with the (internal) customers/ end-users, third-party service providers & other departments [via hotline calls, emails, etc.] to resolve incidents, service requests, etc.
- Monitoring enterprise IT Network, Server, Systems & Commercial Clouds.
- Documentations, and Record keeping.
- Other relevant duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Required to have Higher NITEC or Diploma (or Higher) in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines
- Have at least 1 – 2 years of relevant IT System/ Network experiences OR in Network Operation Centre (NOC) environment
