IT SYSTEM LEAD (SYSTEM: NETWORK, CLOUD, INFRA, RF)

- Working Location: Central Jurong Area
- Working Days: Monday – Friday (8.30 AM – 6 PM)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Team Management (1 – 3 Pax: L1 – L2 System Engineers) & scheduling them for system maintenance plans
- Providing hands-on L2 – L3 IT System Technical Support (as and when team members need assistance/ guidance)
- Managing customers’ feedbacks, requests and incidents
- Preparing and issuing monthly project reports using Digitalization/ BI Tools (relating to SLAs, KPIs, Financial Targets, etc.)
- Actively participating in (or preparing) project tenders
- Managing and configuring (of Splunk products) for project system
- Conducting Operation Meetings with (internal/ external) customers as well as vendors, as and when required to
- Other relevant duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have at least 3 – 4 years of IT System Engineering (L2 – L3) experiences (in some of the followings: System, Network, Cloud, Radio Communications, etc.) & leadership working experiences (minimum 1 year)
- Must have Class 3 Driving License with Good driving record [to be able to drive around to different work sites]
- Proficient in MS Office (Words, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Comfortable and able to provide 24/7 technical support (in case of urgency and after office-hours)
- Advantageous to have, but not a must have:
- Experienced in using BI Tools (such as Tableau, Power BI) for project reporting purposes
- CCNA certification (or higher)
