Brief Description & Role
This position will support the manager on day-to-day needs of the HR operations including administrative tasks, training & development, HR projects, and HR data into systems.
Responsibilities
1. Assist the manager on the adoption and integration of HR software solutions, streamlining HR processes through automation and digital tools to improve workflows, reduce manual tasks and increase productivity.
2. Assisting manager to train staff on new digital tools and systems, and ensuring they are effectively utilized within the organization.
3. Administrative Tasks: Managing HR documentation, handling filing and assisting with office management.
4. HR Projects: Supporting various HR initiatives, such as employee engagement programs or policy reviews.
5. Data Entry and reporting: Inputting HR data into systems and generating reports as needed.
Requirements
· The candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
Skills, Experiences & Knowledge
· Preferably good understanding of cloud and cloud-based services and applications for Info-Tech HRIS.
· Meticulous, independent and able to multi-task with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
· Able to maintain discretion and confidentiality on employee information and organizational matters.
· Good written, communication and interpersonal skills, and able to understand and promote an inclusive workplace.
· Good team player and passionate to learn
