Technical Service Manager

Roles Description:
As a Technical service manager, you will ensure that services and business needs are being met.
You will supervise service team associates as well as being able to provide assistance to customers.
You will play an essential role in customer relations by providing efficient problem-solving and building lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Led and manage the services teams, including staffing, training, and coaching in order to build strong cohesion between team members.
- Fostering a customer-centric culture within the service team, emphasizing empathy, professionalism, and effective problem-solving solutions.
- Ensure that companies' SOP policies and regulations are delivered properly from staff to clients.
- Monitor and evaluate the service team's performances, providing regular feedback, coaching, and drive motivation of different team members.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of projects and service requests by planning, executing, and following up with high attention to quality and details.
- Responsible for the discipline, ethics and code of conduct for all operations department personnel.
- Retaining subject matter expertise with the latest cleaning industry and advancement for enhancement of client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Higher Nitec or Diploma in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electronics, or other related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in service management or related positions.
- Knowledge of service management best practices, processes, and standards.
- Demonstrated success in customer service, request management, and budget.
- Professional with excellent oral & written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent Leadership and people management skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Pack Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
- Fluent in Chinese & and English languages to liaise with international teams.
Working Conditions:
- · Operation hours: 8.30 am – 6.00 pm (Monday – Friday).
- · Working location: Kaki Bukit / Eunos Link.
- · Dress Code: Casual (e.g., business shirt).
