What you will be doing
· Responsible for the effective daily delivery of human resources and administration services;
· Propose and coordinate comprehensive organization-wide statutory training and initiatives for learning and development, including the training plan and budgets;
· Consolidate learning and development needs to bridge skills and service gaps, enhancement of knowledge and skills sets;
· Effectively monitor, track, evaluate and report on the impact of learning (KPIs, behaviour change, qualitative feedback etc);
· Support in various staff engagement programs, such as employee talent retention (i.e. workplace outreach), and internship initiatives;
· Participate in HR-related projects and engagement initiatives;
· Support general HR-related office administration (i.e. staff uniforms, access cards, franking of mails, time attendance, nametags, storages etc);
· Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
What we are looking for
· Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, with at least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience;
· Good communication skills to engage employees at different levels;
· Knowledge of Singapore employment, labour law and HR practices;
· Strong team player and ability to maintain professional levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive matters;
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
