Job Description:
- Responsible for the entire hiring process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, arranging interviews, issuing offers, and managing onboarding.
- Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign employees, ensuring compliance with Singapore regulations.
- Oversee employee attendance management.
- Assist in organizing company team-building activities to enhance team cohesion.
- Handle administrative tasks related to employee probation confirmations, transfers, promotions, and resignations.
- Manage employee insurance.
- Administer the filing of IR21 and IR8A tax forms, ensuring accurate tax reporting for departing employees and annual income reporting for all employees.
- Oversee the management of Singapore government-paid leave entitlements.
- Complete MOM surveys to ensure compliance with local employment laws and review the implementation of HR policies.
- Organize weekly meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
- Complete relevant tasks according to company ISO management requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in state-owned or central enterprises.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Deep understanding of confidentiality related to human resources.
