The role

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable backend services on cloud infrastructure to support smart rostering systems and LSTM-based demand predictions.
- Implement DevOps and MLOps, focusing on continuous integration, continuous deployment (CI/CD), and automated management of machine learning model lifecycles.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust features for the BI platform with a specific focus on enhancing the rostering and demand prediction capabilities.
- Work closely with AI engineers and IT teams to integrate various data pipelines, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization across platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with experience in constraint programming, optimization algorithms, and machine learning techniques.
- Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases for data storage and retrieval.
- Knowledge of web architecture and technologies, including web security, REST, and microservices.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and building scalable applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
