We are looking for an experienced and passionate Manager to join our team with a blend of implementation, mentoring and pre-Sales experience to demonstrate and position the benefits of enterprise planning solutions. We are looking for an individual with strong knowledge and experience in the Workday Adaptive Planning platform or similar. Your solution expertise and product knowledge will come to the fore when undertaking pre-sales demonstrations, building proof of concepts and driving solution innovations.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare for and demonstrate Workday Adaptive Planning to prospective clients
- Lead discovery workshops with prospects to understand their current FP&A challenges and how QMetrix and Workday Adaptive Planning can address their needs and pain-points
- Build and demonstrate proof of concept models
- Provide thought leadership and showcase Workday Adaptive Planning at events, tailored to key messaging and themes
- Work closely with the Sales team throughout the sales cycle showcasing our expertise and knowledge
- Expertise in latest product features and educate the team on how those features can be applied
- Assist with developing content and material for use in pre-sales process
- Assist with RFP/RFI responses
- Leadership of system implementations

We are looking for applicants with:
- Consulting experience in CPM/EPM
- Finance/Accounting qualified (IT qualifications and/or CA/CPA qualifications will be highly regarded)
- Prior experience with technical pre-sales of Workday or similar technologies (such as Anaplan, IBM Cognos TM1/Planning Analytics, Jedox, Hyperion or OneStream)
- Ability to quickly understand needs and convey concepts relating to solution design that will address them
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Strong passion for technology and how it can help improve business processes
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong project and time management skills to manage multiple pre-sales engagements
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- Stong mentoring ability
- Current drivers license and a vehicle
