Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategist to join our XR studio exploring marketing opportunities in VR/MR games and spatial computing. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, influencer marketing, and the gaming industry.
You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing influencer partnerships, and creating engaging content to build brand awareness, drive user acquisition, and foster a vibrant online community.
Role Description:
- Handle business development and growth : Outreach and grow influencer (KOL) base for the company's game.
- Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms including TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and others.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content tailored to each platform to increase product visibility and user engagement
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and other content format.
- Research and map out potential influencers, content creators and brand ambassadors who align with our brand values and target audience.
- Establish and nurture relationships with influencers, negotiate contracts and partnership deals to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns, track and report on the performance and provide insights and recommendations for future initiatives
- Ensure company comply with advertising regulations and standards.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging platforms, and new influencers to ensure there are constant flow of new strategies.
- Work cross-functionally with various stakeholders and departments such as IT, Finance, Legal etc.
Job Requirement:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Development, Communications, Business Management or relevant qualification.
- 2+ years of social media, storytelling or community management experience, preferably in the gaming, entertainment or tech industry
- Experience with influencer management or content creators management
- Must be a self-starter, and meticulous/attentive to fine detail
- Fast learner, self-driven and can solve problems independently
- Creative thinker and self-motivated with the ability to produce engaging content
- Fluent in conversational English, advanced written communication skills
- Able to adapt to fast-paced work environment
- Familiar with North America market
- Past experience or passions in gaming industry
