What will you be doing?
- Assist in generating, receiving and processing all potential sales leads for customers interested in business financing products
- Respond promptly to customers and partners inquiries, resolving any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Liaise closely across Sales and Operations departments for smooth processing with relevant information and resources to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide administrative support for collection efforts, which includes monitoring of loan accounts, following up with customers on payments via telephone calls, emails and other correspondences
- Any other additional duties as assigned
What are we looking for?
- Experience in customer service – You have accumulated at least 2 years of experience as a Salesperson or Sales Support Executive
- Good understanding of sales practices – You have strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Effective communicator – You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate to Management and all other stakeholders
- Self-driven - You have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment and achieve individual / team targets
