・Deep knowledge and proficient skill about system hardware's. (servers, storage) ・Basic knowledge and skill about system operation products and technology
・Basic knowledge and skill about system infrastructure products. (Windows OS, Linux OS, Oracle Database, VMware, etc.)
・Diagnose and resolve software problems and related product issues in direct contact with product support team and customers.
・Experience with various programming and scripting languages. (WinBatch, Powershell, etc.)
・Proficiency in utilizing Excel functions and VBA.
・Good communication/negotiation skill to co-work with other IT teams.
