As the Cluster Director of Sales, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales efforts, drive revenue growth, identify new business opportunities, develop and implement strategic sales plans and building strong relationships with key clients.
Role
- Contribute to sales and marketing plans to ensure they accurately interpret and support the objectives of the business and use these plans to focus the sales efforts for designated market segment
- Establish account development plans on a yearly basis. Maintain a comprehensive and updated account portfolio data, competitive set information and rate summary sheet
- Involvement in drawing up Sales Activity Plan, submit weekly sales call reports and future week activity plan as per the defined reporting standards as determined by the Cluster Commercial Director.
- Assist Cluster Commercial Director to work at successful RFP programs. Develops target lists and action plans for account solicitation
- Prepare corporate rate contracts in accordance with current business and pricing conditions
- Organize comprehensive information describing the range of products and services offered and deliver this information through relevant sales resources and sales channels
- Produce accurate and timely reports
- Contribute to relevant management meetings to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives
- Review the sales activities of the team, ensuring that they are achieving the minimum number of activities per week
- Participate in industry events and be the representive at national and international specialist trade fairs and workshops, agreed by the Cluster Commercial Director and in co-ordination with the entire Business Development Department.
- Cooperate with other departments, to create an exceptional experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs
- Conduct quarterly Account Development review with the entire pro-active team along with Cluster Commercial Director, ensuring that the team is performing at optimal levels and maximizing revenue for the whole
- Any additional tasks assigned by the Cluster Commercial Director.
