Description:
- Achieve sales target set by management.
- Represent the company and be recognized as a specialist in the construction industry.
- Be a HUNTER to identify opportunities from the construction market and potential clients for growth.
- Maintain and manage excellent customer relationships while understanding customer needs and delivering value.
- Evaluate and submit analysis on the potential of new customers.
- Build and maintain a network list with stakeholders (Developers, Consultants, Architects, Contractors, etc.).
- Serve as a role model who embraces the company vision, mission, and values, with emphasis on personal accountability, business acumen, and disciplined execution.
- Keep a close update on site progress and provide material forecasts effectively.
- Ensure constant communication with the leadership team on current trends, issues, problems, and activities to facilitate product making and/or strategy development.
- Communicate effectively with dealers and customers on the terms and conditions to ensure accountability for timely payments.
- Provide monthly reporting to the manager as per the set format.
- Provide solutions on a case-to-case basis to customers.
- Provide support, training, and troubleshooting to customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the construction or related industry
- Ownership of a car as required to meet customers frequently'
- Energetic and self-driven attitude
- Hands-on experience with some exposure to construction or related projects sales
