Job Description:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage job postings, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate new hire onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, manage grievances, and enhance engagement.
- Performance Management: Support performance reviews, goal setting, and development plans.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws and policies, and update HR procedures.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.
- HR Administration: Maintain HR records, manage HRIS systems, and prepare reports.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. HR certification is a plus.
- 2-3 years of HR experience.
