We offer end-to-end managed e-commerce solutions, including webstore design, marketplace management, and digital marketing services. Since 2022, we have been the top TikTok Shop partner and the number one MCN for TikTok Shop in Singapore. In 2024, we proudly became the exclusive partner of Xiaohongshu Shop and its official marketing agency in Singapore.


Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development & Client Management: Identify new business opportunities and manage relationships with existing clients.
  • Proposal Writing: Craft well-structured proposals that address client needs.
  • Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Generate leads and cold call potential clients to secure meetings.
  • Sales Accountability: Drive sales of our services with a focus on achieving monthly team targets.
  • Focus Areas: Promote Alibaba.com cross-border e-commerce, TikTok MCN services, Xiaohongshu shops and advertising, SEO, website development, and market entry services for Vietnam and Malaysia.
  • Sales Documentation: Prepare sales quotations and tender submissions.
  • Product Demonstration: Conduct product demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
  • Client Meetings & Deal Closure: Attend client meetings, engage in discussions, and close deals with new and existing customers.
  • Independence: Capable of working independently while contributing to team success.

Qualifications

  • New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
  • Business Communication and Account Management skills
  • Proven track record of sales and business development success
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Experience in the eCommerce or digital marketing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
