Responsibilities
Accounts
- Issue tax invoice to clients
- Check & Input supplier invoices into Quickbook system
- Prepare local & oversea payment (TT) during the payment cycle
- Prepare urgent payment during the peak period
- Journal entry for prepayment, accruals & adjustment
- Check staff reimbursement
- Bank Reconciliation
- GST submission & Reconciliation
- Filling invoices & payments etc. eg adhoc
Event Admin
- Administrative assistance for events operations:
- Managing events inventories, stock taking and packing/unpacking of events materials
- Provide general event administrative support - gifts packing, collation
- Onsite secretariat management for Singapore-based events, where necessary
- Managing office and pantry inventories
- Procuring of office materials and coordinate any office and admin related procurement and services with vendors
- Ensure adherence to office and workstation policies including cleanliness and a safe working environment
- Possibility of running errands and other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in any relevant disciplines
- Proficient with MS Office
