RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage student admissions and enrolment process.
- Ensure all applicants' submissions are complete and all supporting documents in place.
- Manage systems eg. ISIS, application system.
- Provide support to faculty and students in their administrative and logistical needs.
- Tracking of students' academic progress and fulfilling of requirements.
- Manage students' GI (Graduate Instructors) and TA (Teaching Assistants) requests and arrangements.
- Maintaining website and student portals.
- Degree with 3 years of work experience, or a good diploma with minimum 5 years of work experience, preferably in the education industry/managing of programmes.
- Analytical and meticulous with an eye for details.
- A good team player, independent, and with good initiatives.
- Matured personality with ability to work well with faculty and students.
- Ability to multi-task with good interpersonal and communication skills (good verbal and written communication skills).
- Diligent worker who is organised, thorough, and resourceful.
- IT savvy with good computer knowledge, preferably in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
