This position offers candidates an exciting opportunity to drive strong social media strategies, and oversees marketing campaigns and content production to engage stakeholders on online platforms, promote positive perception of the organisation and ensure optimal enrolment into SINDA’s programmes and services.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualise and implement marketing strategies
- Develop, coordinate and execute innovative and creative communications and marketing plans
- Identify key marketing platforms and opportunities to promote programmes
- Work across departments to generate and manage projects
2. Manage and generate content for marketing platforms
- Identify trends and contribute to social media content
- Manage social media platforms via posting, commenting and interacting with online audiences
- Increase interactivity and engagement on social media
- Produce engaging in-house video and photo content for social media platforms
- Oversee and coordinate the production of marketing content by vendors
3. Measure and track marketing campaigns
- Monitor, measure and report on campaign performance
- Utilise data and insights to track marketing performance and recommend opportunities
Requirements:
- A Diploma/Degree in mass communications/media communications with relevant experience; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
- Knowledge of video and/or design software will be an added advantage
- Relevant knowledge of local marketing industry, platforms and strategies
- Ability to produce content on demand
- Good aesthetical sense
- Self-driven; able to work independently and in team settings
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Good interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders
- Flexible to work on weekday evenings and weekends and in outdoor settings, if required
- Able to participate in SINDA-wide events, when required
Note: Candidates will be required to undertake a written test, as part of their interview
This is a contract position, convertible to a permanent role subject to the performance and divisional requirements.
