· has a minimum 1 year experience in a similar capacity in the hotel industry
· is willing to go the “Extra Mile” in order to exceed guests’ expectation
· has supervisory skills to guide and coach junior colleagues
· is a great team player and contributes to the success of Kitchen Department through ensuring the smooth operations of the department
· is able to work on a rotating roster
