Job Scope
- Creation of comms materials (EDMs, videos) related to transformation within MSF (the team will support casual in the curation of the content). More specific tasks include:
- Working with other MSF Divs to gather stories and information for the Div’s comms workstreams
- Making sense of the information collected and crafting the narratives
- Generating content (in the form of EDMs, videos) to be communicated with the rest of MSF
- General administrative tasks:
- Scheduling of meetings involving Senior Management Team members, sending of calendar invites and booking of meeting venues
- Event-based work – registration, actual day support for events, workshops and trainings organised by the working team
Requirements:
- Singaporean
- Diploma or Degree
- Work experience in Communications / Media / General Admin
- Familiar with basic software – Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Familiar with virtual engagement tools – Microsoft Teams, Zoom
- Familiar with software / programmes used to create comms materials – e.g., CANVA, Photoshop
- Good command of English language
