We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of green and sustainable solutions, including Autoclaved Lightweight Concrete (ALC) panels, cork-based thermal insulation and acoustic solutions, and waterproofing products.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients such as architects, contractors, developers, and construction companies to promote our solutions. Utilize the BCI database to generate a list of potential projects and create actionable plans to seize sales opportunities. Engage with prospects through site visits, emails, face-to-face meetings, virtual presentations, and phone calls.
2. Prepare detailed quotations and proposals for clients, outlining the scope of work, pricing and terms of sale for our solutions. Follow up with clients to address any questions or concerns and negotiate terms as needed to secure sales.
3. For awarded projects, participate in kickoff meetings to ensure a smooth project initiation and successful execution.
Requirements:
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented.
• Possess a valid driver's license and willing to travel between sites to pursue sales opportunities.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.
