Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, including travel agents, tour operators, and corporate partners.
- Understand client preferences and travel requirements to provide tailored solutions for FIT/Group/MICE bookings.
Reservation Handling:
- Process and manage reservations for FIT travelers and group bookings with precision and attention to detail.
- Coordinate with hotels, transportation providers, and other partners to secure bookings and ensure seamless travel experiences.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on destination information, hotel offerings, and industry trends to offer expert advice to clients.
- Assist clients in selecting accommodations, transportation, and activities that align with their preferences and budget.
Quotation and Proposal Creation:
- Prepare detailed and competitive quotations for individual and group travel.
- Develop comprehensive proposals for MICE events, showcasing our capabilities in organizing successful corporate gatherings.
Sales and Targets:
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement and effective sales strategies.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of reservations and client communication.
- Generate reports on sales performance and key metrics for periodic review.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the travel industry, specifically handling FIT/Group/ MICE bookings.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using reservation systems and travel-related software.
- In-depth knowledge of FIT/Group/ MICE travel trends and requirements.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
