Job description:
- Overseeing and directing all food and beverage operations within an establishment.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and maintaining hygiene standards.
- Managing inventory and executing procurement of food and beverage supplies as needed.
- Handling customer complaints and queries effectively to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Training and supervising food and beverage staff to ensure high quality service delivery.
- Planning and organising rosters for staff, scheduling shifts and balancing workloads.
- Collaborating with the chef to plan menus, considering customer preferences and cost analysis.
Requirements:
- Willing to work on weekend, PH or OT whenever is required
- Excellence in guest relations and customer service
- Minimum experience of 2 - 3 years in F&B
- Available to start immediately will be an advantage
