Job Description
As a Food Process Line Manager, the individual's main jobscope is to design, operationalise and manage in-house line food production processes for the manufacturing of soy-based alternative protein products. He/She is expected to ensure that manufauctured products meets regulatory compliances and industry-level standards of consistency, cleanliness and quality. Moreover, the individual is expected to manage, maintain and optimise the safety practises and infrastructure of the production facility. Finally, he/she is also expected to oversee inventory, equipment maintenance, managing company logistics and other miscellaneous administrative functions that are critical for continued company operations.
Requirements
Due to the highly technical nature of the work, we are seeking individuals with educational backgrounds in Process Safety and/or Chemical Engineering (at the Bachelors or Masters level) from reputable educational institutes. The individual should have at least 1 year of designing manufacturing processes in the field of chemical engineering and/or food manufacturing. Additionally, it is desired that the applicant has 1 year of R&D experience in the Food Science Sector. Finally, individuals with Food Safety Course Level 1 and higher certifications are sought after.
