Programme Executive (Admin / Desk bound work)

• Working days: Mon - Fri
• Working Hours: 930am - 6pm (On standby to acknowledge messages after working hours when necessary)
• Working location: Ubi Ave
• Salary: $2,500 to $3,000

Job Responsibilities:

• To assist Programme Manager on programmes
• To manage App; Monthly creations and regular updating of events and programmes feedback on any relevant technicalities for future enhancements.
• To prepare reports and invoices for related events.
• To provide monthly reports on breakdown of requirements to respective Programme Manager.
• To gather Feedbacks from Facilitators, Instructors and Participants to understand each sites needs/requirements.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma Holder
• Preferably at least 1 year of working experience.
• Well versed with Microsoft Office
• Require to attend to work phone during the weekend as well, when necessary.
