The Partner Marketing Executive will play a key role in supporting and executing partner-centric marketing initiatives across the SEA region. The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing marketing projects that align with business strategies. You will work closely with both internal teams and external partners to drive marketing value and achieve business goals
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage a set of interrelated marketing projects, ensuring alignment with business strategies and timelines.
- Assist in managing and executing marketing initiatives with distribution partners, driving partner engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate with internal and partner teams to develop marketing campaigns that create value and drive measurable results.
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities, providing insights for improving reach and impact.
- Ensure distribution partners’ marketing spend commitments are on track, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Work closely with Marketing, Public Relations, Legal, Corporate Communications, and other departments to align marketing efforts.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop, document, and integrate new processes, standards, and business rules.
- Provide creative input and support for internal marketing collateral, including EDMs and presentation decks.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in partnership marketing or similar roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- A team player with solid interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Photoshop.
- Professional, adaptable, and capable of maintaining confidentiality with a positive energy and competitive mindset.
